摘要
《阿Q正传》中的阿Q、小D、赵太爷、钱太爷等人名并非现实中的哪一个具体人物的真实姓名,它们只是一个个抽象的符号,这些符号化名字具有丰富的文化内涵,体现出中国人的国民性特征;“城”与“未庄”也并非现实社会中哪一个具体的城市和村庄的名字,它们是当时中国的城市与乡村的代称,呈现出城市与乡村的共同特质;“辫子”具有丰富的民族政治意味,具有符号化的功能,其去与留成为革命与否的标志。这些符号意象既源于现实又高于现实,具有象征功能。
Ah Q,Little D,Uncle Zhao,Uncle Qian and other names in The True Story of Ah Q are not the real names of specific figures in reality.They are just abstract symbols with rich cultural connotations and reflect the national characteristics of the Chinese people.Rather than the names of specific cities and villages in real society,"Cheng" and "Weizhuang" are the names of Chinese villages and cities at that time,showing their common characteristics.Braids,with rich national political meaning,perform a symbolic function.Preserving or eliminating them become the yardstick to judge whether a person is a revolutionary.These symbolic images from reality can transcend reality and have symbolic functions.Through these symbols and images,Lu Xun expressed his profound thoughts on Chinese national character and the Revolution of 1911,revealing his complex and profound thoughts and philosophy.
