摘要
桑枝是中国传统中药材,也是国家卫生部规定的可用于保健食品名录中的品种,富含桑枝多糖、黄酮类、生物碱等多种药理活性物质。因其纤维素等成分含量适中,食用菌能很好地利用桑枝中的营养成分,并富集桑枝中的特色降血糖成分1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin,DNJ),现已应用于替代传统培养料栽培食用菌,在生产上形成一定规模。但由于桑枝栽培食用菌技术仍存在一些问题,难以推广,同时桑枝食用菌功能优势不明,人们对桑枝食用菌认知度不够,导致桑枝食用菌核心技术和附加值较低。因此通过阐述桑枝栽培食用菌技术、食用菌富集桑枝中活性成分研究现状,发现问题,进行对策分析,并对桑枝食用菌的市场前景进行展望,以期推动桑枝食用菌产业不断开展。
Mulberry branches are a traditional Chinese medicine, rich in polysaccharides, flavonoids, alkaloids and other pharmacological active constituents and are a variety that can be used in health food list stipulated by the Ministry of Health. Because of their moderate content of cellulose and other components, edible fungi can make the best use of the nutrients and enrich the hypoglycemic constituents(1-deoxynojirimycin) in mulberry branches. Mulberry branches have been used to replace the traditional cultivation of edible fungi, and have formed a certain scale in production. However, there are still some problems in the cultivation technology of edible fungi by using mulberry branches, the production technology is difficult to popularize, the function advantage is unknown, and the recognition degree isn’t enough, which lead to the low core technology and added value of edible fungi with mulberry branches. Therefore, this paper expounds the technology of edible fungi cultivated with mulberry branches, the research status of edible fungi enrichment active components in mulberry branches, puts forward the problems,carries on the brief analysis countermeasure on the problems and the prospect to the edible fungi market, in order to promote the edible fungi industry to carry out unceasingly.
