摘要
为了分析工业电子雷管在小断面隧道应用过程中出现拒爆、盲炮、爆破效果差等原因,通过对人的因素、雷管特点、隧道地质条件以及孔网参数等因素进行对比,采用理论分析及现场爆破振动测试试验得出了孔网参数不合理的关键要素,改进后的孔网参数可大大减小爆破振动对后爆炮孔的影响,提出了在小断面隧道中应用10 ms孔间间隔对称逐孔起爆技术,达到了错峰减振效果,可有效的解决电子雷管拒爆、盲炮及爆破效果差的问题现状,对类似工程有一定参考价值。
In order to analyze the causes of misfire and poor blasting effect in the application of electronic digital detonators in the small section tunnel,theoretical analysis and field blasting vibration tests were conducted to consider human factors,detonator characteristics,tunnel geological conditions and hole network parameters,and it was concluded that the key factor was unreasonable hole network parameters.The improved hole network parameters can greatly reduce the impact of blasting vibration on the later blasting holes.This paper presents the application of symmetrical cutting with 10 ms delay between holes in small section tunnel to start blasting hole by hole,which can achieve the vibration damping effect by staggering peak vibration.It can effectively solve the problem of misfire and poor blasting effect,and has certain reference value for similar projects.
