康复护理路径对帕金森病患者运动功能和神经功能缺损的影响

Effects of rehabilitation nursing pathway on motor function and neurological deficits in patients with Parkinson’s disease

目的:观察康复护理路径对帕金森病患者运动功能和神经功能缺损的影响。方法:选取86例帕金森病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组实施常规康复护理,观察组采用康复护理路径。比较两组护理前后运动功能[统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)、冻结步态问卷(FOGQ)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)]评分和神经功能缺损[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]评分。结果:护理1、2个月后,两组UPDRSⅢ、FOGQ评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,两组BBS评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理1、2个月后,两组NIHSS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理路径用于帕金森病患者可提高BBS评分,降低UPDRSⅢ、FOGQ和NIHSS评分,效果优于常规康复护理。

Objective: To observe effects of rehabilitation nursing pathway on motor function and neurological deficits in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods: 86 patients with Parkinson’s disease were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was given the rehabilitation nursing pathway. The motor function [Uniform Parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRS),freezing of gait questionnaire(FOGQ), Berg balance scale(BBS)] score and the neurological deficit [national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results: After 1 and 2 months of nursing, the UPDRS Ⅲ and FOGQ scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the BBS scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant Significance(P<0.05). After 1 and 2 months of nursing, the NIHSS scores of both groups were lower than those before the nursing;that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: The rehabilitation nursing pathway for the Parkinson’s patients can improve the BBS scores and reduce the UPDRS Ⅲ, FOGQ and NIHSS scores. Moreover, it is superior to the routine rehabilitation nursing.
