鼻内镜下骨面多线开槽减张术与鼻内镜下二线减张术治疗鼻中隔偏曲患者的效果比较

Comparison of effects of nasal endoscopic multi-line slotting and tension reduction and second-line tension reduction in treatment of patients with deviation of nasal septum

目的:比较鼻内镜下骨面多线开槽减张术与鼻内镜下二线减张术治疗鼻中隔偏曲患者的效果。方法:选取80例鼻中隔偏曲患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组行鼻内镜下骨面多线开槽减张术治疗,观察组行鼻内镜下二线减张术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、围术期相关指标水平和并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下二线减张术治疗鼻中隔偏曲患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善围术期指标水平,以及降低并发症发生率,优于鼻内镜下骨面多线开槽减张术治疗效果。

Objective: To observe effects of nasal endoscopic multi-line slotting and tension reduction and second-line tension reduction in treatment of patients with deviation of nasal septum. Methods: 80 patients with deviation of nasal septum were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nasal endoscopic multi-line slotting and tension reduction, while the observation group was given the nasal endoscopic second-line tension reduction. The clinical efficacy, the perioperative index levels and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The operation time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 27.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Nasal endoscopic second-line tension reduction in the treatment of the patients with deviation of nasal septum can improve the total effective rate of treatment, improve the levels of perioperative indicators, and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover, it is superior to nasal endoscopic multi-line slotting and tension reduction.
