摘要
通过对汽轮机用法兰毛坯镦锻成形原理分析,进行镦锻模与成形工艺设计及镦锻试生产研究,并结合试验数据及实物优化成形工艺,验证了镦锻模成形的可行性,确定了该类法兰锻件经济、高效的成形方式,为类似零件制造提供参考。
Based on of steam turbine flange the upsetting forming principle, the upsetting forging die design, forming process and upsetting trial production were studied. Combined with the test data and product to optimize the forming process, the forming feasibility of upsetting forging die was verified. The forming way of this kind of flange forgings was determined, which provided reference for the similar parts manufacturing.
