摘要
对镁合金整流罩压铸件进行工艺分析,介绍压铸模结构设计、分型面选择、浇注系统、脱模机构及定距机构设计等,并阐述了模具工作原理和结构特点。模具经实际生产验证:成型的铸件质量及精度符合要求,对同类模具设计提供了参考。
The casting process of magnesium alloy fairing was analyzed,and the die structure design,parting level selection,gating system design,demoulding mechanism,and distance mechanism design of die casting die were introduced.The working principle and structural characteristics of die were described.The actual production verified that the quality and precision of the casting met the requirements,which provided references for similar die design.
