摘要
对某款汽车空调的NVH问题进行研究,结合3种优化方案,改进了汽车空调NVH性能。首先,优化箱体的动刚度解决箱体结构噪声,分别从箱体的材料属性、表面加筋、自由边界约束3个方面增强箱体结构强度。其次,在不同部位添加隔振材料优化管路辐射噪声,分别采用隔振橡胶、黑胶泥以及XPE+PUR复合海绵等材料进行隔振隔音处理,有效改善了管路结构辐射噪声。最后,优化冷媒流动噪声,通过优化空调系统管路和膨胀阀以及设计管路消音器等办法,有效解决了制冷剂流动噪声。
This article studies the NVH problem of a certain car air conditioner,and combines three optimization schemes to improve the NVH performance of the car air conditioner.First,optimize the dynamic stiffness of the box to solve the noise of the box structure,and enhance the strength of the box structure from three aspects:the material properties of the box,surface reinforcement,and free boundary constraints.Secondly,vibration isolation materials were added to different parts to optimize the pipeline radiation noise,and vibration isolation rubber,black mortar,and XPE+PUR composite sponge were used for vibration isolation and sound insulation treatment,which effectively improved the pipeline structure radiation noise.Finally,optimize the refrigerant flow noise,by optimizing the air conditioning system piping and expansion valve,and designing pipeline silencers,etc.,effectively solve the refrigerant flow noise.
