平面桁架喷杆位移分析及验证

摘要 目前市面上的喷雾机喷杆多是三角桁架结构,制作繁琐,折叠后仍占较大空间。基于此,研究了一种平面桁架宽幅喷杆,利用有限元分析其在5种不同工况下的位移变化规律。制作喷杆后,搭载于整车上进行针对性工况实验。经测量,喷杆的振动最大变形位移量≤170 mm。研究了喷杆振动变形规律,为之后的喷杆振动控制研究提供技术参考。 The spray boom of spray machine is the carrier of spray system. The reasonable spray boom is stable in operation and can be self balanced quickly after large amplitude vibration and offset. The vibration of the whole vehicle operation can be controlled within a reasonable range. At present, on the market is mostly triangular truss structure spray boom, which is cumbersome to make and occupies a large space in the vehicle after folding. For this, a wide-range spray boom with plane truss is studied. The finite element analysis of its displacement variation law under five different working conditions is carried out. After making the spray boom, test is carried out to the whole vehicle under the working condition. The vibration displacement of the spray boom is measured ≤ 170 mm. The vibration deformation law of the spray boom rod is verified, which provides technical support for the research on vibration control of the spray boom.
