摘要
在注塑行业,一些热流道系统生产商使用硬管替代软管以节约成本,硬管不如软管自由度高,需要增加耗费人工时间的折弯工艺。基于SolidWorks三维设计软件以及SolidWorks二次开发API接口实现管路排布辅助设计,从三维模型中获取信息,进行路径计算,并显示在三维模型中,帮助折弯机快速完成折弯工艺,减少了实际生产环境中硬管生产的难度,降低了成本,提高生产效率。
In the injection molding industry, a part of hot runner manufacturers decided to replace soft rubber tubes by hard steel tubes to save cost. However, hard steel tubes are less flexible than soft tubes, which require an additional, labor-time-consuming bending process. This paper is based on SolidWorks, a 3D design software, and its secondary development API interface. Firstly, get necessary information from the 3D model. Secondly, perform path calculation. Finally, display the result in the 3D model. The software will make the bending process more quickly. This research can reduce the operation difficulty in actual production environment, decrease the cost and greatly improve the production efficiency.
