铝合金半挂车架的有限元分析及轻量化设计

摘要 针对一款铝合金挂车车架,利用HyperWorks对其进行了3种载荷分布、4种典型工况下的静力学分析,得到该车架在不同情形下的应力、变形分布,为车架优化建立了基础,并对挂车实际使用提出了建议。基于分析结果进行尺寸优化,在满足强度、变形的要求下达到了部件轻量化目的。 The static analysis of an aluminum alloy trailer frame under three load distributions and four typical working conditions is carried out by HyperWorks software, and the stress and deformation distribution of the frame are obtained in different conditions,which provides a basis for frame optimization and a reference for the practical use of the trailer. According to the analysis results, size optimization is carried out to meet the requirements of strength and deformation to achieve the purpose of weight reduction.
