压力容器筒体与封头连接处有限元分析及优化

摘要 为合理地设计某丙烯精馏塔筒体与上球形封头连接处的结构,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench建立该设备筒体与上球形封头连接处的模型,经过稳定传热分析求解温度场,然后进行热力耦合分析,得到该结构的应力分布图。再利用ANSYS Workbench的Optimization模块进行优化分析,得到热力耦合作用下使应力强度最大值最小的最优结构尺寸。并按分析设计标准JB/T 4732进行应力强度评定,评定结果满足标准要求。为以后这类结构的设计提供依据。 To properly design the connection structure between cylinder and upper spherical head,the model for the structure was built by using software ANSYS Workbench.The temperature distribution field was obtained with stable thermal analysis,and the stress distribution field was then obtained from thermo-mechanical coupling analysis.Utilizing the optimization module in ANSYS Workbench,optimization was carried out,the result with minimum structural size and maximum stress intensity was determined.For this result,strength analysis is performed in accordance with the stress analysis standard JB/T 4732.It was showed that the designed structure has enough strength.What presented in this paper may be referenced in the design of the similar equipment.
