摘要
疲劳压力容器在封头设计时不仅应保证强度安全,更大程度上还应考虑结构对疲劳寿命的影响。由于不同的封头形式和结构在载荷工况条件下表现出不同的应力分布情况,在设计上应尽量选择适当的封头结构形式,并进行针对性的优化设计。基于有限元计算软件ANSYS的应力分析,探讨典型疲劳设备吸附器封头结构的特点和应力分布规律及成因,提出封头结构比较选择的建议,验证结构优化设计方式的效果。
In design of the heads in the pressure vessel subjected to alternating loads,not only the regular strength should be guaranteed,but also the fatigue life of the structure be taken into account.The stress distributions are different in heads with different types or structures.Thus,it is necessary to select appropriate type of head and perform optimum design.In this article,based on the result of stress analysis from software ANSYS,the stress distribution in the head in the absorber,which is typical fatigue equipment,with its structural feature was discussed.The proposal for the comparison and selection of head type was provided,and the effect of structural optimization for the head design had been validated.
