不同调控方式下宽工况压缩机适应性分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对某海洋平台宽工况往复压缩机,提出了联合使用多种流量调控方式的气量调节方案。并基于力学分析和压缩机气阀仿真模型,研究了压缩机在不同调控方案下的适应性。结果表明,各典型年份调控方案下压缩机的动力性能适应性良好。其中,含排气旁通调节的压缩机调控方案可能会引起管道振动;采用转速调节则容易导致气阀发生颤振,反向角也不满足要求,故需关注气阀、轴瓦及十字头等零部件的运行情况。本研究为往复压缩机制定流量调节方案并保障压缩机可靠运行具有一定的指导意义。 For the reciprocating compressors used in wide range of operating conditions existed in offshore platforms,some flow regulation scheme that combines multiple flow control methods were proposed.Based on some mathematical models,the adaptability of the compressor under different regulation schemes was studied.The results showed that the dynamic performance under these regulation schemes in each typical year has good adaptability;thereinto,the control scheme with exhaust bypass adjustment has no effect on the dynamic performance of the compressor,but it may cause pipeline vibration;the control scheme with speed adjustment may induce flutters in the compressor valve,and the reverse angle does not meet the requirements,so it is necessary to pay attention to the operation of gas valve,bearing bush,crosshead etc.This study can be used as guidance in determining flow regulation scheme for reciprocating compressor and ensuring reliable operation of compressor.
