摘要
对应用于石油化工装置动力中心一种NaOH湿法脱硫工艺进行分析,根据工艺物料特性和运行条件从泵的结构、材料、密封冲洗系统和检验试验要求几个方面进行泵装置的工程设计过程的技术介绍。对几种常用脱硫技术和NaOH湿法脱硫技术进行了对比与分析,与传统脱硫工艺浆液循环泵和新工艺浆液循环泵进行了对比,验证了全金属浆液循环泵实际运行效果。
In this paper,NaOH wet desulfurization process used in the power center of petrochemical plant was analyzed.Based on the characteristics of fluid and operating conditions,and from the aspects of pump structure,materials,sealing flushing system,and inspection and test requirements,the engineering design process of the pump was introduced.Several common desulfurization technologies and NaOH wet desulfurization technologies were compared and analyzed.Also the conventional desulfurization slurry circulating pump was compared with the all metal slurry circulating pump,and the actual operation effect of the all metal slurry circulating pump was verified.
