In recent years,food safety problems occur frequently,which has a great impact on people’s life,health and property safety.Agricultural products industry is an important pillar industry in China’s agricultural economy.Pesticide residue is an important restrictive factor for the development of agricultural products industry,especially in the export of agricultural products.With the development and utilization of new science and technology,the common technology and main process of pesticide residue detection of agricultural products have made great progress.The rapid determination technology of pesticide residues was discussed in order to provide technical support for the development of agricultural products.
