武警某部抗洪抢险官兵皮肤病的调查研究

An investigation and analysis on dermatosis of the Armed Police soldiers in fighting flood and providing disaster relief

目的了解武警某部抗洪抢险官兵皮肤病的发生情况,并提出相应的防治措施。方法收集参加抗洪抢险武警某部官兵的就诊资料,并对数据进行统计分析。结果参加抗洪抢险官兵的皮肤病患病率为41.1%。在皮肤病的病种构成上,排序前三位的分别为日晒伤、痱子、手足癣。结论皮肤病在抗洪抢险官兵中属于高发病,采取积极有效的防治措施对于降低发病率具有重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the incidence of dermatosis occurred in the armed police soldiers in fighting flood and providing disaster relief so as to provide effective prevention and treatment.Methods Collect the medical information of the Armed Police soldiers participating in the flood fighting and emergency rescue,and conduct statistical analysis on the data.Results Total incidence of skin diseases was 41.1%.The statistical result showed that the top three dermatosis were sunburn、miliaria、tinea manus and pedis.Conclusion The incidence of skin diseases is high in the armed police soldiers in fighting flood and providing disaster relief.Effective prevention and treatment might be significantly important in reducing the incidence of skin diseases.
