美国医疗紧急救护模式研究及对我国消防队伍的启示

Research on American medical emergency rescue mode and its enlightenment to China’s fire brigade

美国医疗紧急救护模式是目前世界上最高速、最有效的急救模式之一,对于提高城市应急能力和增加城市安全感起到了重要意义。本文对美国医疗紧急救护模式进行研究,重点研究了消防救援力量参与紧急救护的特点,主要表现为快速到达现场的响应运作流程、完善的人员培训与资质考核制度、健全的法律保障体系。通过对比美国的先进医疗紧急救护模式,加深对我国消防紧急医疗模式的思考并提出建议,有助于提高我国消防队伍的医疗救助能力及救援效率。

The American medical emergency rescue mode is currently one of the fastest and most effective emergency rescue modes in the world at present, which has played an important role in improving the city’s emergency response capability and increasing the city’s sense of security. This article mainly studies the medical emergency rescue model in the United States. It focusing on the characteristics of fire rescue forces participating in emergency rescue and including the efficient command and dispatch mode, which is mainly manifested in the rapid arrival of the response operation process at the scene, the perfect personnel training and qualification assessment system, and the sound legal guarantee system etc. By comparing the advanced medical emergency medical model in the United States, we can deepen our thinking on the fire emergency medical model in our country and put forward suggestions, which will help to improve the medical rescue capability and rescue efficiency of our national defense team.
