摘要
线粒体质量控制失调是脑缺血诱导神经元死亡的重要机制。维持线粒体功能对于促进神经元存活和改善神经功能至关重要。线粒体质量控制是通过调控线粒体的形态、数量及质量的相对稳定来维持细胞内稳态,主要包括线粒体生物合成、线粒体动力学(线粒体分裂/融合)、线粒体自噬以及线粒体衍生囊泡(包括线粒体转移)等调控过程。文章就线粒体生物合成、线粒体动力学、线粒体自噬及线粒体转移在缺血性脑卒中的作用及其相关分子靶点的研究进展进行综述。
Dysregulation of mitochondrial quality control is a crucial mechanism of neuronal death induced by cerebral ischemia.Maintaining mitochondrial function is essential for improving neuronal survival and neurological function.Mitochondrial quality control maintains cellular homeostasis by regulating the relative stability of the mitochondria morphology,quantity and quality,mainly including mitochondrial biosynthesis,dynamics(mitochondrial fission or fusion),autophagy and derived vesicles(such as mitochondrial transfer).In this paper,we reviewed the research progress on mitochondrial biosynthesis,dynamics,autophagy and mitochondrial transfer in ischemic stroke and their related molecular targets.
