摘要
2020年疫情暴发后,在“停课不停学”“停课不停研”的号召下,高校在线学术讲座与在线教学在极短的时间内在全国范围内蔚然成风。总体而言,全国34个省级行政单位均有高校组织了系列在线学术讲座,除了东部发达地区的高校之外,很大一部分中西部地区的高校借助网络平台也举办了大量独具特色的系列学术讲座。不过如何实现高校在线学术讲座由“新鲜化”走向“常态化”、如何进一步弥合东西部高校之间的“信息鸿沟”,要从知识贡献者、知识接受者、知识管理者以及知识共享平台等角度入手,着眼于“线上”或“互联网+”,以更新观念为突破,建立健全一套完整的知识分享的信任机制、激励机制、创新机制、竞争机制、公平机制以及相应的监管机制,由此形成一个有利于知识共享的良好环境与氛围。
After the outbreak of the COVID-19 in China,online academic lectures and online teaching in colleges and universities have become popular all over the country in a very short time under the call of“class suspension and non-stop study”and“class suspension and non-stop research”.In general,a series of online academic lectures have been organized around all 34 provincial administrative units in China.In addition to the universities in the eastern developed regions,a large number of universities in the central and western regions have also held a large number of unique series of academic lectures with the help of the network platform.But as for online academic lectures in universities,there are two problems that how to achieve the transformation from“freshness”to“normalization”,and how to further bridge the“information gap”between eastern areas and western areas.This paper holds the view that the perspective of knowledge contributors,knowledge recipients,knowledge managers and knowledge sharing platforms,focusing on“online”or“Internet plus”,and updating concepts to break through,and establish a whole knowledge sharing mechanism on trust mechanism,incentive mechanism,innovation mechanism,competition mechanism,fairness mechanism and corresponding supervision mechanism,so as to form a good environment and atmosphere conducive to knowledge sharing.
