沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及其安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of sacubatrovalsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的观察沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取2020年1月—2021年6月乐平市人民医院收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各25例。对照组予以厄贝沙坦片,研究组予以沙库巴曲缬沙坦片。2组均持续服药3个月。比较2组临床疗效,心功能指标[心排血量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)]、炎性因子[白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素10(IL-10)],不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的60.0%(χ^(2)=7.018,P=0.008)。治疗后,研究组CO、SV、LVEF高于对照组,LVESV小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组不良反应总发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的28.0%(χ^(2)=9.441,P=0.002)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者心功能,降低炎性因子水平和不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of sacubatrovalsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 50 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected from January 2020 to June 2021 in Leping People’s Hospital,which were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given irbesartan tablets,while the study group was given shakubatrovalsartan tablets.Both groups continued to take medicine for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes[cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10)],incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.0%,higher than 60.0%of the control group(χ^(2)=7.018,P=0.008).After treatment,the CO,SV and LVEF of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while LVESV was less that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand IL-10 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.0%,lower than 28.0%in the control group(χ^(2)=9.441,P=0.002).Conclusion The clinical effect of salkubatroxartan on elderly patients with chronic heart failure is definite,which can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions.
