中国城市群生态福利绩效水平测度及影响因素分析 被引量:9

摘要 文章基于2010—2019年171个地级市的面板数据,采用Super-SBM模型测算中国城市群生态福利绩效水平,并通过Tobit模型对城市群生态福利绩效水平的影响因素及影响程度进行实证分析。研究发现,中国城市群生态福利绩效发展相对稳定,总体水平有所上升,但仍存在进步空间;各城市群生态福利绩效水平地带性差异显著,经济发展较好的城市群生态福利绩效相对较高。从影响因素看,产业结构优化、环境规制、绿色金融和绿色技术进步是促进城市群生态福利绩效水平提升的关键因素,人口压力是城市群生态福利绩效水平提高的潜在阻碍因素。 Based on the panel data of 171 prefecture level cities from 2010 to 2019,this paper uses Super-SBM model to measure the ecological welfare performance level of China's urban agglomeration,and empirically analyzes the influencing factors and degree of the ecological welfare performance level of urban agglomeration through Tobit model.The study found that the development of ecological welfare performance of urban agglomerations in China is relatively stable,and the overall level has increased,but there is still room for progress.There are significant regional differences in the level of ecological welfare performance of urban agglomerations,and the ecolog-ical welfare performance of urban agglomerations with better economic development is relatively high.From the perspective of influencing factors,industrial structure optimization,environmental regulation,green finance and green technology progress are the key factors to promote the improvement of ecological welfare performance of urban agglomeration,and population pressure is the potential obstacle to the improvement of ecological welfare performance of urban agglomeration.
