中国智能制造业国际竞争力评价研究

Research on International Competitiveness Evaluation of China's Intelligent Manufacturing Industry

文章选取2000—2019年处于智能制造发展“引领型”和“先进型”的12个国家,采用国际市场占有率(MS)、贸易竞争力指数(TC)和显示性比较优势指数(RCA)国际竞争力评价方法,对比分析前12位智能制造业国际竞争力较强的国家的相关数据,对中国智能制造业国际竞争力进行评价。研究发现:中国智能制造业国际竞争力弱于“引领型”第一梯队的三个国家,2000—2019年中国的三项评价指标增长趋势明显,在“先进型”第二梯队中居于前列。最后从加强科研成果转化、人才机制改革和加强区域资源整合等方面给出政策建议。

This paper selects 12 countries that are"leading"and"advanced"in the development of intelligent manufacturing from 2000 to 2019,adopts the international competitiveness evaluation methods of international market share(MS),trade competitiveness index(TC)and revealed comparative advantage index(RCA),compares and analyzes the relevant data of the top 12 countries with strong inter-national competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing industry,and analyzes the international competitiveness of China's intelligent manu-facturing industry to evaluate the effectiveness.The results show that:The international competitiveness of China's intelligent manufactu-ring industry is weaker than that of the three countries in the"leading"first echelon,and the three evaluation indexes of China from 2000 to 2019 are in an obvious growth trend,ranking in the forefront of the"advanced"second echelon.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening the transformation of scientific research achievements,talent mechanism reform and strengthening the integration of regional resources.
