粉煤灰基TiO_(2)/X沸石制备及其光催化氧化NO

摘要 为探究粉煤灰基沸石负载TiO_(2)光催化氧化NO的性能,以粉煤灰和TiO_(2)为原料,采用常规碱熔融水热法制备得到高附加值粉煤灰基TiO_(2)/X沸石材料,并将其作为光催化剂通过光催化氧化NO实验,研究了不同实验条件下催化剂的光催化氧化性能.结果表明:O_(2)的存在提高了催化剂NO吸附和光催化氧化性能,而无氧条件下无法将NO氧化为高价态NO_(x);随着NO质量浓度的增大,NO_(x)去除率逐渐降低;随着相对湿度的增大,NO_(x)去除率逐渐降低,导致这一现象的主要原因是水分子与NO在催化剂表面存在竞争吸附. Fly ash based TiO_(2)/X zeolite with high added value was prepared from fly ash and TiO_(2)by conventional alkali melt hydrothermal method to explore NO photocatalytic oxidation performance. The photocatalytic oxidation performance of the catalysts under different experimental conditions was studied. The results show that the presence of O_(2)can improve the NO adsorption and photocatalytic oxidation performance of catalyst, and NO could not be oxidized to high-priced NO_(x)with the absence of O_(2). With the increase of NO mass concentration, the NO_(x)removal rate decreases gradually. With the increase of relative humidity, the NO_(x)removal rate gradually decreases, which is mainly caused by the competitive adsorption between water molecules and NO on the catalyst surface.
