核电机组控制棒驱动杆关键尺寸分析与加工工艺研究

摘要 以华龙一号核电机组控制棒驱动杆为研究对象,进行关键尺寸分析,确认关键尺寸超差对控制棒驱动机构整体的影响,并且得到关键尺寸的影响因素。同时对华龙一号核电机组控制棒驱动杆进行了加工工艺研究,通过改进加工工艺来减小驱动杆关键尺寸制造过程中受到的影响,同时满足图纸设计要求。 Taking the driving stem of control rod of Hualong No.1 nuclear power unit as the research object,the critical dimension analysis was carried out to confirm the influence of the out-of-tolerance of critical dimension on the overall control rod driving mechanism,and obtain the influencing factors of the critical dimension.At the same time,the processing technology of the driving stem of control rod of Hualong No.1 nuclear power unit was investigated,and the influence of critical dimension of the driving stem during the manufacturing process was reduced by improving the processing technology,and at the same time,the requirement of the drawing design was met.
