摘要
油缸导向带起导向作用,可以有效防止缸筒与活塞杆之间的磨损,能够吸收振动。在介绍油缸导向带材料特性与结构特点的基础上,针对刚性差、受力受热易变形、加工后难以检测等加工难点,提出油缸导向带开口间隙加工工艺,包括装夹方式、材料吸湿膨胀系数、检测方法等。采用所提出的加工工艺,油缸导向带符合图纸设计要求,并且满足技术指标。
The cylinder guide belt plays a guiding role,which can effectively prevent the wear between the cylinder barrel and the piston rod,and can absorb vibration.On the basis of introducing the material properties and structural characteristics of the cylinder guide belt,in view of the processing difficulties such as poor rigidity,easy deformation under stress and heat,and difficult to detect after processing,the processing technology of opening clearance of the cylinder guide belt was proposed,including the clamping method,material hygroscopic expansion coefficient,test method,etc.Using the proposed processing technology,the cylinder guide belt meets the design requirement of the drawing and meets the technical criteria.
