肠道菌群与肥胖发病机制的研究

Study on Intestinal Flora and Pathogenesis of Obesity

肥胖是由遗传因素、环境因素等多种因素相互作用所致,肥胖者往往存在肠道菌群紊乱的现象,但目前关于肠道菌群影响肥胖的具体机制尚无定论,可能涉及脂肪组织褐化、能量积累、炎症反应、短链脂肪酸、肠道屏障等。本文就肠道菌群影响肥胖的机制进行综述,以期进一步阐明二者的联系,为临床治疗肥胖提供参考。

Obesity is caused by the interaction of genetic factors,environmental factors and other factors.Obesity often has the phenomenon of intestinal flora disorder.However,the specific mechanism of intestinal flora affecting obesity is still unclear,which may involve adipose tissue browning,energy accumulation,inflammatory response,short chain fatty acids,intestinal barrier and so on.This article reviews the mechanism of intestinal flora affecting obesity,in order to further clarify the relationship between the two,and provide reference for clinical treatment of obesity.
