抗血小板药物治疗心血管疾病的研究现状

Research Status of Antiplatelet Drugs in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases

心血管疾病是临床常见的多发病,具有进展快速、病程长、易复发、致残率和病死率较高的特点,严重威胁患者的生命安全。目前,多项研究已经证实心血管疾病的主要原因是血栓形成,血栓形成后会使血管腔发生阻塞或狭窄,进而造成心肌细胞缺氧、缺血或坏死。而血栓发生的主要原因是血管腔内血小板黏附、释放、聚集。因此,给予抗血小板治疗可获得良好的效果;但目前抗血小板药物种类繁多,其效果也存在差异。本文主要综述临床常用抗血小板药物治疗心血管疾病的研究进展,以期为提高心血管疾病的治疗效果提供参考依据。

Cardiovascular disease is a common clinical frequently-occurring disease.It has the characteristics of rapid progress,long course of disease,easy recurrence,high disability rate and mortality,which seriously threatens the safety of patients.At present,many studies have confirmed that the main cause of cardiovascular disease is thrombosis,thrombosis can cause vascular lumen occlusion or stenosis,resulting in myocardial hypoxia,ischemia or necrosis.The main reason for thrombosis is the adhesion,release and aggregation of platelets in the vascular lumen.Therefore,antiplatelet therapy can achieve good results;however,there are many kinds of antiplatelet drugs and their effects are different.This paper mainly reviews the research progress of antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,in order to provide reference for improving the therapeutic effect of cardiovascular diseases.
