摘要
激光精密加工成型技术在航空航天、铸造锻压快速成型、工业生产等领域应用广泛,是材料加工的“多功能工具”。对其在产业化应用中的研究现状进行综述,有助于对激光加工成型技术的发展脉络进行梳理,为该技术在实际工业生产中的应用提供理论支持。介绍了激光加工成型技术特点、分析了激光加工成型技术与传统技术的差异,对该技术在大部件连续焊接、齿轮连接、钛合金叶片修复、激光烧结精密铸造等工业生产领域的多方面研究与应用进行介绍,并对激光精密加工成型技术未来发展进行展望。
The laser precision machining and forming technology is widely used in aerospace,casting and forging rapid prototyping,industrial production and other fields,which is a"multi-functional tool"for material processing.The research status of its industrial application is reviewed,which is helpful to sort out the development context of laser processing and forming technology,and provide theoretical support for the application of this technology in actual industrial production.The characteristics of laser processing and forming technology have been introduced in the text.The difference between laser processing and forming technology and traditional technology has been analyzed and the application of this technology in many aspects of industrial production fields such as continuous welding of large parts,gear connection,repair of titanium alloy blades,and laser sintering precision casting has been researched and discussed.The future development of laser precision machining and forming technology has been prospected.
