摘要
以静压造型线的单壁砂箱为研究对象,运用Solidworks建立轮毂砂模及砂箱的三维模型。使用ANSYS workbench软件对砂箱进行静力疲劳和热应力分析,验算变形量是否超过许可值,为砂箱结构优化提供指导性建议。
Taking the single-wall sand box of the airflow high-pressure squeeze molding line as the research object,the three-dimensional model of the wheel hub sand mold and the sand box has been established by Solidworks.The ANSYS workbench software has been used to analyze the static fatigue and thermal stress of the sand box,as well as check whether the deformation exceeds the allowable value,which provides guiding suggestions for the optimization of the sand box structure.
