Cylinder head is one of the key components in engine parts,and the product structure of cylinder head has a great influence on the casting process of cylinder head.The influence of product structure on the casting process of cylinder head has been analyzed,and the influence of injector structure,push rod hole structure and other unreasonable structures on casting process and mold design has been mainly discussed.
