护理学生伦理敏感性问卷的汉化及信效度检验 被引量:5

The reliability and validity of Chinese version of the Ethical Sensitivity Questionnaire for Nursing Students

摘要 目的汉化护理学生伦理敏感性问卷并对其进行信度、效度检验。方法在以电子邮件形式与原作者联系获得其授权后,通过对源问卷进行翻译、回译、调适及预调查(25名护理学生),形成中文版护理学生伦理敏感性问卷,并在362名护理学生中进行信、效度评价。结果问卷Cronbach'sα系数为0.917,各维度Cronbach'sα系数为0.796~0.900;问卷的重测信度为0.911,各维度的重测信度为0.876~0.929。问卷折半信度为0.901。问卷条目内容效度指数为0.833~1.000,整个问卷水平的内容效度指数为0.884。通过探索性因子分析,提取了3个公因子,累积方差贡献率68.246%;验证性因子分析结果显示,模型拟合度χ^(2)/df为1.411,RMSEA=0.048,TLI=0.927,CFI=0.944,SRMR=0.065。结论中文版护理学生伦理敏感性问卷在我国护理学生中具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评价护理学生的伦理敏感性现状。 Objective To translate the Ethical Sensitivity Questionnaire for Nursing Students(ESQ-NS)into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods After obtaining authorization from the original author by E-mail,the Chinese version of ESQ-NS was formed through translation,back translation,adaptation and revision,pre investigation(25 nursing students)of the source questionnaire,and reliability and validity evaluation were conducted among 362 nursing students.Results Reliability analysis showed that the Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.917,and Cronbach'sαfor three dimensions ranged from 0.796~0.900.The test-retest reliability was 0.911 for ESQ-NS and 0.876~0.929 for its dimensions.The spilt-half coefficient was 0.901.I-CVI of the Chinese version of ESQ-NS were 0.833~1.000 and S-CVI was 0.884.Three common factors,with a cumulative contribution rate of 68.246%,were extracted from exploratory factor analysis.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed thatχ^(2)/df was 1.411,RMSEA was 0.048,TLI was 0.927,CFI was 0.944 and SRMR was 0.065.Conclusion The Chinese version of ESQ-NS is suggested to be valid and reliable and can be used to evaluate the status quo of ethical sensitivity among nursing students.
