两种体位活动改善患者胃镜检查效果的比较研究

A comparative study of two postural activities in improving gastroscopy effect of patients

目的观察两种体位活动在改善患者行胃镜检查术前准备时间、检查中时间及胃黏膜可视度中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至12月在内镜中心行胃镜检查的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组胃镜检查前常规服药后行体位翻转活动;观察组在常规服药的基础上通过组建体位操干预团队,制订并实施体位操干预方案,比较两组患者胃镜检查前体位活动准备时间、胃镜检查时间和胃黏膜可视度评分。结果观察组患者术前准备时间低于对照组(P<0.01),胃镜检查时间、胃黏膜可视度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种体位活动方法均可提高胃镜检查质量,而体位操活动可缩短患者检查前准备时间,便于患者实现体位变换、操作简便。

Objective To observe the effect of two kinds of postural activities on improving the preoperative preparation time,the examination time and the visibility of gastric mucosa in patients undergoing gastroscopy.Methods Patients underwent gastroscopy in endoscopy center from June to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group underwent body position reversal after routine medication before gastroscopy.On the basis of routine medication,the observation group established a postural exercise intervention team,formulated and implemented the postural exercise intervention program,and compared the preparation time of postural activity for gastroscopy,the time of gastroscopy and the score of gastric mucosal visibility between the two groups.Results The time of preoperative preparation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),while the time of gastroscopy and the visibility score of gastric mucosa were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Both methods of postural exercise can improve the quality of gastroscopy,and postural exercise can shorten the preparation time before examination,facilitate patients to realize body position change and operate easily.
