风险与困境:青少年运动性脑震荡智能管理系统的创建路径及其功能诠释 被引量:1

摘要 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,从运动性脑震荡的风险特征和识别困境出发,创建青少年运动性脑震荡智能管理系统。研究认为首先,运动性脑震荡具有运动项目专属性风险特征,多发于足球、橄榄球、冰球等身体接触性运动,受性别、年龄等主体性因素的影响,易重复发生;其次,从流行病学和身体接触性运动未来普及状况来看,青少年将是运动性脑震荡的特定风险群体;再次,目前运动性脑震荡的4种主要识别方式均存在困境,而人工智能具有的“云计算、大数据、人机交互、深度学习”等优势是突破运动性脑震荡识别困境的关键点;又次,以足球项目为例,从管理规则、训练实践、检测工具、常识体系、保险普惠5个方面提出青少年足球运动性脑震荡智能管理系统的构建路径;最后,该系统的6个核心功能为运动性伤病的识别、预防、康复等环节提供人工智能介入的实践范例。 This paper established Intelligent Management System of SRC in Adolescent from the risk characteristics and identification difficulties of sports-related concussion(SRC)through literature review,questionnaires,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.It could be concluded that firstly,SRC was specifically related to the sports event,which was more common seen in contact sports such as football,American football and ice hockey etc.It was affected by gender,age and other subjective factors,prior to happen repeatedly.Secondly,from the perspective of epidemiology and the future popularization of contact sports,adolescent athletes would be the specific risk group of SRC.Thirdly,the four major identification methods of SRC still had defects.“Cloud computing,big data,human-machine interaction,deep learning”and other advantages of artificial intelligence wearable technology was the key to breaking through the dilemma of SRC identification.In this paper,the construction of the Intelligent Management System of SRC in Adolescent Football from administrative rules,training practice,measuring tools,common sense system and inclusive insurance.Six core functions of this system were to prevent players from the SRC risks,and to provide practical examples of artificial intelligence intervention for identification,prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries.
