新冠肺炎疫情背景下移动社交媒体在医学教育中的应用价值及策略

Application value and strategy of mobile social media in medical education under the background of COVID-19 pandemic

突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情对中国的医学教育产生了重大影响,不仅给医学生带来挑战,给教师和管理者也带来一定的考验。依托移动社交媒体平台开展线上教学,成功地实现了“停课不停教,停课不停学”目标。文章介绍移动社交媒体在医学教育中的概况和线上教学过程,分析移动社交媒体在医学教育中具有增强学生学习效果,提升教师综合素质,完善教学信息管理,丰富教学手段的作用。对于学生缺乏学习临场感、增加教师工作难度、难以保证教学质量等问题,文章提出“以学生为中心,增加学习临场感”“开展教师技能培训,提高教学发展能力”“以形成性评价为主,开展动态考核”等解决策略,以期更好促进医学教育与移动社交媒体的融合与发展。

The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on China's medical education.It not only brings challenges to medical students,but also brings certain tests to teachers and administrators.Based on the online teaching carried out by mobile social media platform,the goal of"class suspended but teaching and learning continue"was achieved success-fully.This paper introduces the general situation and online teaching process of mobile social media in medical education,analyzes that mobile social media has the functions of enhancing students'learning effect,promoting teachers'comprehensive quality,completing teaching infor-mation management and enriching teaching methods in medical education.As for problems such as students'lack of the sense of learning presence,increasing job difficulty of teachers as well as difficulty in ensuring the quality of teaching,this paper proposes several strategies including"focusing on students and increasing the sense of learning presence","carrying out teacher skills training to improve teaching development capabilities"and"focusing on formative evaluation and carrying out dynamic assessments",in order to further promote the integration and development of medical education and mobile social media.
