摘要
目的了解医学院校五类课程的开展情况,分析其问题及原因,为医学院校的课程改革提供参考。方法便利抽样选取浙江省某医学院校316名在校本科生作为研究对象,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果五类课程中,线下课程的喜爱度排第一,虚拟仿真课程的喜爱度排第五;从课程学习情况的五个方面来看,线下课程的学习情况较好,虚拟仿真课程的学习情况较差;学习难度上,学生认为线上课程的学习难度较大,社会实践课程的学习难度较小,其中自主学习能力较差、问题得不到及时解决是影响五类课程学习难度的主要因素。结论医学院校五类课程开展情况与预期目标仍存在较大差距,希望教育者深入把握学生的教育需求,不断发掘各类课程的特点和优势,努力打造具有高阶性、创新性和挑战度的课程。
Objective To investigate the implementation of five types of courses in medical universities and colleges,analyze the problems and causes,and provide reference for the curri-culum reform in medical universities and colleges.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 316 undergraduates from a Medical College in Zhejiang Province as the research objects,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate.Results Among the five types of courses,offline courses ranked first,while virtual simulation courses ranked fifth.From the five aspects of course learning,offline course learning was better,while virtual simulation course learning obtained worse results.In terms of learning difficulty,students thought online courses are more difficult to learn,while social practice courses are less difficult.Poor independent learning ability and the fact that problems cannot be solved in time were the main factors affecting the learning difficulty of the five types of courses.Conclusion There is still a big gap between the develop-ment of the five types of courses in medical colleges and the expected goals.It is hoped that educators will grasp the educational needs of students,constantly explore the characteristics and advantages of various courses,and strive to create courses with advanced,innovative and challen-ging degree.
