摘要
目的探讨“新医科”建设背景下,以学习成果为导向(OBE)的BOPPPS教学模式在口腔正畸学教学中的应用效果。方法选取厦门医学院2016、2017级五年制口腔医学专业2个年级共128名学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=64)和对照组(n=64);研究时间为2020年2月—2021年7月;两个年级的授课教师均相同;试验组学生采用OBE+BOPPPS教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式;教学结束后使用理论考试和问卷调查相结合的形式对两组的教学效果进行评价。结果试验组学生理论知识考核成绩为(78.33±9.58)分,对照组成绩为(72.69±9.62)分,试验组学生对教师课程教学效果和学习效果自我评价优于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在“新医科”建设背景下,基于OBE导向运用BOPPPS教学模式有助于提高学生学习效果,促进其临床思维和岗位胜任力的培养,提升课程“两性一度”,值得进一步研究和推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode based on learning outcomes(OBE)in Orthodontics teaching under the background of New Medicine con-struction.Methods A total of 128 students majoring in Stomatology(5-year program)who enrolled in 2016 and 2017 from Xiamen Medical College were selected as the subjects and rando-mly divided into the experimental group(n=64)and the control group(n=64).The time of research was from February 2020 to July 2021,and both grades had the same teachers.The ex-perimental group adopted OBE+BOPPPS teaching mode,while the control group used tradi-tional teaching mode.At the end of the teaching,theoretical exam and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups.Results The score of theoretical know-ledge exam of the experimental group was(78.33±9.58),and that of the control group was(72.69±9.62).Self-evaluation of teaching effect and learning effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of New Medicine construction,the teaching mode of BOPPPS based on OBE can improve students'learning effect,improve the training of clinical think-ing and post competence,and promote the"higher level,innovativeness and degree of challenge"of the course,which is worth further research and promotion.
