摘要
自1960年第一台激光器诞生以来,全球激光产业已经发展了60多年。以激光为基础的激光产业在世界范围内发展迅速,其应用几乎涵盖所有工业领域。除了轻工业、汽车、航空航天、电力及能源行业外,激光产业正逐步扩展到精细和微加工领域,这有效地促进了电子制造、通讯、机械、医疗、美容仪器和设备以及新兴应用的发展。与传统加工相比,激光加工具有精度高、速度快、非接触、智能化、灵活性强等优点。激光加工已逐步应用于传统制造业,极大地提高了各行各业的生产效率。激光产业的科技属性强,技术密度高,创新速度快,是国家扶持的高新技术产业。本文通过对激光产业发展现状的多角度分析,找出激光产业生存与发展面临的机遇和挑战,并对中国的激光产业竞争力进行了SWOT分析,基于分析结果,为我国激光加工产业发展提供参考建议。
Compared with traditional processing,laser processing bears the advantages of high precision,fast speed,non-contact,intelligence and flexibility.Laser processing has been extensively applied to traditional manufacturing industry,which has greatly enhanced the production efficiency of all walks of life.In addition,the laser industry exhibits strong technological attributes,high technology density and fast innovation.It is one of the high-tech industries supported by the state.In view of this,on the basis of summarizing the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of the laser industry,a SWOT analysis is conducted on the competitiveness of China’s laser industry,specific recommendations for the sustainable development of China’s laser processing industry are proposed.
