黄石(武汉)离岸科创园是黄石“十四五”时期重点打造的科创平台。黄石市科技型企业在科创园设立研发中心,依托研发中心就地招聘技术人员,留住技术人才,借用武汉高校技术力量,聘用武汉兼职工程师,带动技术研发和企业间的配套合作,借以增加获得政府政策资助和风投融资机会等。黄石市科技型企业用好(武汉)离岸科创园,将能部分解决科技人才不足、研发投入不足、创新能力不足等问题,有利于促进企业发展。本文就黄石市科技型企业利用(武汉)离岸科创园的具体路径进行了探讨。

This article aims to discuss the path of Huangshi science and technology-based enterprises using Offshore Science and Technology Innovation Park.Huangshi Offshore Science and Technology Innovation Park is a key technology innovation platform in Huangshi during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.Huangshi science and technology-based enterprises have recruited local technical personnel for its research and development(R&D)centers in the Innovation Park,retained technical talents,borrowed the technical strength of Wuhan universities,and hired Wuhan part-time engineers to drive technology R&D and cooperation among enterprises and Increased access to government policy funding and venture capital financing.Huangshi science and technology enterprises making good use of the Innovation Park will partially solve the problems of insufficient scientific and technological talents,insufficient R&D investment,and insufficient innovation ability,which is conducive to promoting the development of enterprises.
