基于事件研究法的企业并购短期绩效分析--以伊利并购泰国Chomthana为例

Research on the Short-term Performance of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A) Based on Event Research Method --Taking Yili’s Merger with Thailand’s Chomthana as an Example

本文选取乳制品行业的领军企业伊利集团并购泰国Chomthana事件,通过事件研究法对伊利跨国并购的短期绩效进行探析,分析其是否在短期内获得了股东价值的提升,并提出企业进行跨国并购的一些建议,希望能够为我国企业跨国并购提供借鉴。

Selecting the acquisition of Thailand’s Chomthana by Yili Group,a leading enterprise in the dairy industry as the research subject,the short-term performance of Yili’s cross-border M&A through the event research method is analyzed to verify whether it has achieved shareholder value improvement in the short-term.Some suggestions for enterprises to conduct cross-border M&A are put forward,hoping to provide reference for the cross-border M&As of Chinese enterprises.
