摘要
新型冠状病毒在全球范围内迅猛传播的严峻形势下,各地区对医疗应急物资的需求日益迫切。为了保证各地区医疗应急物资充足,医疗应急物资的快速运输至关重要。在运输医疗应急物资过程中,提高运输效率、节约运输成本是整个物资运输过程中的关键,因此探索一种合理的医疗应急物资运输成本模型非常重要。本文结合医院服务站点的特点,根据医疗应急物资的运输需求,借助计算机技术,建立了运输成本的线性和非线性模型,并根据模型设计相关的算法实验,验证了模型的有效性,利用整数规划中的外逼近方法解决了0-1整数规划的成本费用问题,计算结果表明,外逼近及对偶单纯形法解决运输成本的优化模型是非常有效的。
Under the severe situation that the new coronavirus is spreading rapidly worldwide,the demand for medical emergency supplies in various regions is becoming increasingly urgent.The rapid transportation of medical emergency supplies is crucial to ensure the adequacy of medical emergency supplies in each region.In the process of transporting medical emergency supplies,improving efficiency and saving costs are the keys in the whole process,hence,it is important to explore a suitable cost model for transporting medical emergency supplies.In this paper,combining the characteristics of hospital service sites,the linear and nonlinear models of transportation cost are established according to the transportation demand of medical emergency supplies with the help of computer technology,and the relevant algorithms are designed to verify the validity of the model and solve the cost problem of 0-1 integer programming by using the outer approximation method in integer programming,and the results show that the outer approximation and the dual simplex methods are very effective in solving the the optimization model of transportation cost.
