基于文献可视化分析重金属对植物的生态毒理效应

摘要 【目的】分析重金属对植物的生态毒理效应研究热点及其发展趋势,为进一步研究土壤重金属污染对植物的影响机制提供参考。【方法】以中国知网(CNKI)收录的2011—2020年重金属对植物生态毒理研究领域的相关文献为数据源,利用文献计量学软件(CiteSpace)绘制关于重金属对植物生态毒理研究的知识图谱,并进行文献可视化分析。【结果】2011—2020年,重金属对植物的生态毒理研究年均发文量较多,以黄益宗发文量最多,潘远智为核心的合作团队最大;研究机构以四川农业大学发文量最多;关键词“镉胁迫”的出现频率最高;排前3位的研究主题为“幼苗生长”“抗氧化酶”和“亚细胞分布”;“转运”“褪黑素”“硫化氢”和“氧化损伤”是近期出现的突现词。【结论】重金属对植物的生态毒理研究领域受学者的高度关注。“镉胁迫”是该领域的研究热点;“幼苗生长”“抗氧化酶”和“亚细胞分布”是该领域的研究主题;重金属对植物生态毒理的缓解机理研究、重金属在植物体内的形态与亚细胞分布研究及植物转录组测序研究是未来该领域的重要研究方向。 【Objective】The research hot points and development trends of the ecotoxicological effects of heavy metals on plants are analyzed,so as to provide reference for further research on the mechanism of heavy metal pollution in soil on plants.【Method】The relevant references in the field of plant ecotoxicology of heavy metals from 2011 to 2020 included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were used as the data source,using the bibliometric software CiteSpace to draw a knowledge map about the ecotoxicological study of heavy metals on plant,and perform literature visualization analysis.【Result】From 2011 to 2020,the annual average number of published papers on the ecotoxicological research of heavy metals on plants in China is relatively large.Huang Yizong publishes the most papers among individual authors,and the cooperation team in which Pan Yuanzhi is the center man publishes most paper among teams.Among the research institutions,Sichuan Agricultural University has the largest number of articles.“Cadmium stress”is the most frequent keyword,and the top three research topics are“seedling growth”,“antioxidant enzymes”and“subcellular distribution”,while“transhipment”,“melatonin”,“hydrogen sulfide”and“oxidative damage”are recent emergent words.【Conclusion】The ecotoxicological study of heavy metals on plants in China has attracted much attention from scholars.“Cadmium stress”is the main research hot spot in this field.“Seedling growth”,“antioxidant enzymes”and“subcellular distribution”are main study theme in this field.The research on the mitigation mechanism of plant ecotoxicology by heavy metals,the morphology and subcellular distribution of heavy metals in plants,and transcriptome sequencing study will be important directions in the future.
