长三角地区各民族交融与互嵌式社会结构研究——基于江苏六市的调查

Research on the Ethnic Integration and Inter-Embedded Social Structure Among Ethnic Groups in the Yangtze Delta Region:Based on a Survey of Six Cities in Jiangsu Province

各民族互嵌式社会结构建设有利于在统一的多民族国家内建立起平等、团结、互助、和谐的民族关系,促进各民族交往交流交融,推动民族团结进步事业的发展。民族互嵌是民族交融的必要途径,民族交融是民族互嵌的自然结果。目前在各民族互嵌式社会结构构建中还存在诸多问题:政治嵌入领域里高度的国家认同与城市民族工作治理问题并存;经济互嵌层面,经济生活参与存在城市民族关系主体间差异;社会互嵌方面,制度藩篱下的公共服务均等化发展受限;心理互嵌中,族际交往内卷化与民族心理隔阂削减互嵌深度。以上几点在进一步推进完善各民族互嵌式社会结构建设实践中需要加以反思。

The construction of the inter-embedded social structure of ethnic groups is conducive to the establishment of ethnic relations of equality,unity,mutual assistance and harmony in a unified multi-ethnic country,to promote ethnic interactions,exchanges and integration,and to promote the development of ethnic unity and progress.National inter-embedding is a necessary way for national integration,which is the natural result of national inter-embedding.At present,there are still many problems in the construction of the inter-embedded social structure of ethnic groups:a high degree of national identity in the field of political embedding coexists with the governance of urban ethnic work;the economic inter-embedding is positive,and there are differences between the subjects of urban ethnic relations in economic life participation.Social interaction,in terms of embedding,the equal development of public services under institutional isolation is limited.In the inter-embedding of psychology,the involution of inter-ethnic communication and the psychological barrier of ethnic groups reduce the depth of inter-embedding.The above points need to be reflected in the practice of further promoting and improving the construction of the inter-embedded social structure of ethnic groups.
