生态屏障价值评估方法研究

Review on Evaluation Methods of Ecological Shelters Value

生态屏障价值评估可以明确生态系统成效,是当前研究热点。划分货币价值评估法和能值评估法两类,总结各自优缺点。指出目前评估方法存在修订单位价值量的方法过时、数据难以反映真实价值、动态评估不足、缺乏对比验证、中国评估模型研发滞后等问题。在未来研究中,应加强动态研究与评估,完善评估多方法交叉验证,加强ESV评估模型研发。以期为生态屏障价值评估提供重要的理论和方法支持,推进ESV核算标准化进程。

Ecological shelters value evaluation can clarify the effectiveness of ecosystem and obtain the service benefits of ecological shelters project.This study divides and summarizes the monetary value evaluation method and energy evaluation method.It is pointed out that there are some problems in the current evaluation methods,such as the outdated method of revising the unit value,the data is difficult to reflect the real value,the lack of dynamic evaluation,the lack of comparative verification,and the lagging research and development of evaluation models in China.In future research,the results suggests to strengthen dynamic research and evaluation,improve the cross validation of evaluation methods,and strengthen the research and development of ESV evaluation model in order to provide important theoretical and methodological support for the value evaluation of ecological barrier and promote the standardization process of ESV accounting.
