城市雾霾天气成因危害分析及治理对策研究

Research on Causes of Urban Smogand Haze Weather and Control Measures

雾霾天气形成具有复合型特征,增加了雾霾天气的治理难度,为了提高城市雾霾天气的治理效果,对城市雾霾天气成因进一步分析,并且阐述了危害,提出相应的治理对策。在城市雾霾天气成因分析上,此次研究重点分析了自然因素、工业因素、经济因素,分析了雾霾天气发生后对社会产生的影响,提出相应的治理对策,通过加强顶层设计、控制机动车污染排放、空气污染预警、调整经济结构、强化源头治理、加强自然保护力度与加强农业治理等部分完成治理对策的研究,希望此次研究的内容能够对改善雾霾天气起到一定的作用。

The formation of haze weather has compound characteristics,which increases the difficulty of governance of haze weather.In order to improve the governance effect of urban haze weather,the causes of urban haze weather are further analyzed and the harm is elaborated to put forward corresponding countermeasures.In the cause analysis of urban haze weather,this study focuses on the natural factors,industrial factors and economic factors,andanalyzes the impact of haze weather on society.The study finally puts forward corresponding solutions by strengthening top-level design,controlling motor vehicle pollution emissions,air pollution early warning,adjusting the economic structure,strengthening source control,nature protection and strengthening agricultural governance to complete the research on governance measures.This research aims to provide reference for improving smog weather.
