桶装放射性固体废物回取技术与装置研究

摘要 核能在中国的能源结构中占有重要比例,核能的应用会产生各类放射性废物,这些放射性废物是否能够得到及时有效的处理与处置是制约核能发展的关键因素之一。由于历史原因一些桶装放射性固体废物较长时间存放于约15米的深井内,这些桶装废物放射性水平较高,给贮存设施和周围环境带来了极大的安全隐患,需尽快的将这些废物回取并安全处置,根据桶装放射性固体废物贮存特点,开展了回取技术与装置的研究,解决了回取过程中的井口定位、井内清扫、防碰撞等难题,实践表明该技术合理可行,装置稳定高效。 Nuclear energy accounts for an important proportion in China's energy structure.The application of nuclear energy will produce various radioactive wastes.Whether these radioactive wastes can be treated and disposed is one of the key factors restricting the development of nuclear energy.Due to historical reasons,some barreled radioactive solid wastes are stored in about 15 meters of deep wells for a long time.These barreled wastes have a high level of radioactivity,which brings great security risks to storage facilities and the surrounding environment.It is necessary to recycle these wastes and dispose them safely as soon as possible.According to the storage characteristics of barreled radioactive solid wastes,the research on the recycling technology and device is carried out,which solves the problems of wellhead positioning,well cleaning and anti-collision in the process of recycling.Practice shows that the technology is reasonable and feasible,and the device is stable and efficient.
