摘要
为促进生态保护与技术经济的和谐发展,进行生态环境保护与技术经济的可持续发展构想探究。利用因子分析法,构建因子荷载矩阵,计算每种污染的因子分数。分析环境-经济系统的运行要素,探究两者之间具有相互作用、相互依赖的辩证关系。建立环境保护与技术经济可持续发展的目标函数,根据该函数提出利用生态产业代替传统产业,在保证公平前提下实现财政重新分配的可持续发展构想。实验表明,所提构想能够提高生态环境等级,增加经济生产总值,真正实现环境保护与技术经济的共赢与可持续发展。
In order to promote the harmonious development of ecological protection and technical economy,the concept of sustainable development of ecological environment protection and technical economy is explored.The factor load matrix is constructed by factor analysis method,and the factor fraction of each pollution is calculated.It analyzes the operating elements of the environment economy system,and explores the dialectical relationship between them.The objective function of environmental protection and sustainable development of technology and economy is established.According to this function,the concept of sustainable development of using ecological industry to replace traditional industry and realizing financial redistribution on the premise of ensuring fairness is put forward.Experiments show that the proposed concept can improve the level of ecological environment,increase the GDP,and realize the win-win situation for sustainable development of environmental protection and economy.
