摘要
近年来,随着市政地铁设施的大规模建设,人们对轨道交通施工技术的可持续、多样化绿色发展需求愈发强烈。CRTSIII板式无砟轨道具有耐久性好、稳定性高、维修简单等特点,其中,自密实混凝土填充层作为其关键性的一环,对轨道的建设具有重要作用。该文通过分析地铁无砟板式轨道的结构特点和施工难点,总结无砟轨道自密实混凝土配合比参数和施工工艺等方面内容特点,为未来市政地铁项目中无砟板式轨道的施工应用提供经验借鉴。
In recent years,as municipal subway facilities are being massively constructed,there is a growing demand for the sustainable and diversified green development of rail transit construction technology.The CRTSIII plate-type ballastless track has the advantages of remarkable durability,high stability and easy maintenance.The self-compacting concrete filling layer is a key link of the track construction.By analyzing the structural features and construction difficulties of the subway ballastless slab track,this paper summarized the mix ratio parameters and construction techniques of such track,which provides experience and reference for the construction and application of the ballastless slab track in future municipal subway projects.
