摘要
《建筑和市政地基基础通用规范》忽略了岩质边坡的拉裂变形控制。当拟对岩质边坡进行支护时,用虚假的“岩体等效内摩擦角”计算虚假的“主动岩石压力”的做法不应视为符合该规范的精神。本文建议边坡治理(支护或放坡)区分抗失稳治理和抗变形治理,实行抗失稳和抗变形双管齐下。
The General Code for Building and Municipal Foundations neglects the control of tensile crack deformation of rock slopes.When the rock slope is to be supported,the practice of calculating a false “active rock pressure” with a false “equivalent internal friction angle of the rock mass”should not be regarded as conforming to the spirit of this code.In this paper,it is suggested that the slope treatment(support or grading) should be distinguished between anti-instability treatment and anti-deformation treatment,and the two-pronged approach of anti-instability and anti-deformation should be implemented.
