摘要
目的:探讨活血生骨汤对股骨头坏死患者脂代谢及骨代谢的影响。方法:选取2018-02~2020-05到我院治疗的股骨头坏死患者78例,采用抽签法分为观察组及对照组,分别为39例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用骨肽片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用活血生骨汤治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后的脂代谢、骨代谢指标。结果:治疗3个月后,两组高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)水平呈升高趋势,总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)水平呈下降趋势,且观察组上述指标改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平均升高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:活血生骨汤可改善股骨头坏死患者脂代谢及骨代谢指标水平。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Huoxue Shenggu Decoction on lipid metabolism and bone metabolism in patients with femoral head necrosis.Methods:A prospectively randomized trial method was used to select 78 patients with femoral head necrosis treated in our hospital from July 2018 to May 2020,a drawing lots method was used to divide into a control group and an observation group,each with 39 cases.Both groups were given conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with bone peptide tablets,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Shenggu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The indexes of lipid metabolism and bone metabolism were compared between the two groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in both groups showed an increasing trend,while the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)showed a decreasing trend,and the above indexes in the observation group were improved more significantly(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),osteocalcin(BGP)in both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Shenggu Decoction can improve the levels of lipid metabolism and bone metabolism indexes in patients with femoral head necrosis.
